Those eligible to compete are amateur acoustic bands with one or more singers, a cappella singers and barbershop quartets. Professional groups may not enter. Each contestant must be able to set up on stage in less than five minutes, perform under seven minutes, and break down in five minutes. Mics and PA system will be provided. A piano will not be available. Entrants must mail a performance video before May 1st, 2010 to:

No more than 10 entrants will be selected from submitted videos to compete live on the amphitheater stage on May 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Contestants will be judged on originality and excellence by celebrity judges and festival board members.
The top three winners – one in each category – will receive trophies and prizes and the Grand Prize Winner will ride in the Festival Parade, Saturday morning, May 29, 2010 at 10 a.m.
